# Our Mission

Why we decided to launch this project?

## No ordinary club

We aim to be a "No ordinary club" with web3.0 technology.:globe\_with\_meridians:

By using blockchain technology as well we NFTs, we can deliver the "real" member's experience and rewards to the  :credit\_card:\
Why "real"? It's not what used to be "membership" club and "membership points", which are 100% controlled and managed by the organizer. \

Our membership NFT's are held by users web3.0 wallet, and users can do anything with their own NFTs - users can transfer it to other people easily without going through us.\

# Hawaii Property

Why Hawaii property?

[Hawaii real estate](https://www.hawaiiliving.com/oahu-mls/) is ***expensive**.* It always has been, and always will be compared to many other US locations. The four primary reasons are:

1. **High demand** for ‘paradise.’
2. The **scarcity of&#x20;*****buildable*****&#x20;land,** – This is an island state.
3. **High shipping costs**, – No other major population center in the world is this remote, surrounded by more ocean than Honolulu.
4. **Lack of incentives for developers to build**. – Governmental red tape and thin profit margins due to expensive land and development cost prevent developers from offering *truly* affordable housing solutions. **What is Mahalo Coin?**\

Mahalo Coin is a collateralized coin. Mahalo Coin yield is derived from the underlying asset and in certain circumstances the price appreciation of the currency demands.

New Mahalo Coin is created when new underlying assets are minted. For every $1 of USD deposited, the $MHC market cap expands by 100 ($1). For every $1 of $MHC that’s redeemed, the market cap contracts by $1. The price of $MHC is always tied to the number of $MHC in circulation being equal to the market cap of $MHC.\

The following reward will be offered in $Mahalo Coin, and the reward calculation is based on the points at 1.0 $ = 100 Mahalo Coin.

# How Aloha DAO Works

This diagram shows how DAO is operated.

Following is How it works.\

1: User/Members purchase the Membership NFT and Asset NFTs.\

2: The amount of Asset NFT goes to the Aloha DAO Treasury address.\

5: When we have revenue from either the rent or the sales of the property, the income will come back to the Treasury address to distribute to the contributors. \
\
6: We call the distribution of the profits an Airdrop. \
\
\*When Airdrop happens, the founder team takes **10%** as the management fee to run the DAO operations. \
\
7: Users/Members will be able to sell the airdropped $MHC at DEX like Uniswap once liquidity is added.\ <br>

Token IDs of each Membership NFT & Asset NFT are the same for everyone (ERC-1155 standard).

However, Proof of Attendance NFT has unique token ID for each NFT (ERC-721), which requires you to check in Opensea's profile page or similar service.
